Membership applications
Applicants must provide accurate information. Email OTP verification is required before a membership record is finalised. Applicants below 18 years are not eligible. Eligible applicants under 35 may be approved automatically after verification, while older applicants may require administrator review.

Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, abusive content, spam, malicious files, impersonation, defamatory claims, hate speech or private personal information about other people.

Guest content
Guest blog submissions are reviewed before publication. ODM Students Front may edit, reject or remove submitted content. Submissions should be original, factual and respectful.

Events and updates
Published events may change due to venue, security, logistical or administrative reasons. Always confirm final details through official ODM Students Front communication.

Payments
Where payment features are enabled, payment confirmations may depend on third-party gateway response times. Keep your receipt or reference number.

Platform availability
The platform may be updated, restricted or temporarily unavailable during maintenance, security reviews or upgrades.
